Holistic study group for cancers, diabetes and incurable diseases

Article 1 (Purpose)

This membership policy contains the articles concerning the JSD Can Do holistic study group for cancers, diabetes & incurable diseases.

Article 2 (Review and approval of membership)

If you wish to join as a new member through the holistic study group for cancers, diabetes & incurable diseases. website (www.jsdcando.com), you can become a member, regardless of race, age, sexuality, or gender.

  1. Website (www.jsdcando.com) Application for online membership of the “Membership Management Committee” (see attached)
  2. Cancers, diabetes, or any chronic, incurable, chronic disease or family acquaintance
    Submit a copy of the diagnostic hospital, clinic chart (e.g. diagnostic records, chart, photo, etc.)
  3. A membership examination
  4. Notification of membership and guidance of the admission fee via donation (CAD $800)
  5. Payment of the admission fee via donation (receipts will be provided for all donations processed)
  6. Membership approval (sent via email to the membership management committee)
  7. Provision of (member benefits) as prescribed in Article 5

Article 3 (Type and qualification criteria of members and membership obligations)

  1. Silver membership criteria and membership obligations

    People in treatment for all diabetes, diabetic complications, or other chronic diseases,
    With diagnosis or undergoing medical treatment, courtesy of a clinic chart (copy, photo)

    Silver members pay their membership fee via a donation of $1,040.00(and TAX 13%) for the One Bottle Plan(20 days).

  2. Gold membership criteria and membership obligations
    Anti-aging and longevity, AND All cancer patients or all diabetics or those who are treating incurable chronic diseases,
    All cancer patients or those who are treating other incurable chronic diseases,

    Hospital diagnosed or undergoing medical treatment, courtesy of a clinic chart (copy, photo)

    Gold members pay their membership fee via a donation of $3,000.00(and TAX 13%) for the One Bottle Plan(20 days).

  3. Special membership criteria and membership obligations

    All cancer patients or all diabetics or those who are treating incurable chronic diseases,
    Hospital diagnosed or undergoing medical treatment, courtesy of a clinic chart(copy, photo)

    Special members pay a one-time lifetime donation fee in the amount of $500,000(and TAX 13%) 

  4. Dormant Members: Silver Members and Gold Members who have not continued with monthly donation

    The qualification is automatically suspended, becoming a dormant member, and the members’ benefits are automatically suspended. However, if the donation is re-paid, membership will be restored without a qualification examination.

Article 4 (Donation admission fee, payment date, and method)

All members pay the prescribed donation one-time admission fee (CAD $800) upon signing up, The donation expenses for each member must be paid regularly by the 15th of each month.

Membership fees can be paid by cash, cheque or by card, and can be automatically paid according to a predetermined procedure.

Article 5 (Privileges for each membership benefit)

1. Miracle natural products, products approved by Health Canada to dramatically improve various incurable diseases, improve immunity and prevent and treat diseases.

This is provided free of charge to members only.

Silver membership benefit:

  • For all diabetics, diabetic complications, or those who are dealing with other chronic diseases. Free R&D natural herbs.
  • We provide 1 bottle every 20 days for 6 months
  • After 6 months, 1 bottle of the natural herbal medicine is provided free of charge every month.
  • A total of 15 bottles are provided free of charge on a 12-month basis

Gold membership and Special membership benefits:

  • For all cancer patients or those who are dealing with other incurable chronic diseases
  • One bottle of the natural herbal medicine is provided free of charge every 20 days until the disease is cured
    (A total of 18 bottles are provided free of charge on a 12-month basis)

2. Free treatment services each month at our rehabilitation physiotherapy & Oriental medicine clinics (value of $250 per session)

  • Gold members and special members receive free treatment services two times a month

3. Rehabilitative physiotherapy & Oriental medicine clinic services will be provided in the event of an emergency disease among the desired members or members’ families at the rates below:

  • Special members offer a 20% discount.
  • Gold members offer a 10% discount.

4. Free consultation on predicting the future through Eastern philosophy to the desired members (sajupalja, relationship compatibility, naming, feng shui, sumaek, etc.)
This is offered to the desired members for free.

5. Free health and nutrition related counseling to desired members.

Article 6 (Member management and withdrawal of members)

The qualification examination of members shall be managed by the Board of Directors of the Membership Management Committee, and the results of the examination shall be reported to the board of directors for approval.

Membership withdrawal is made automatically when a member voluntarily withdraws. If a member withdraws or becomes a dormant member, all donation costs are not returned, and membership benefits specified in Article 5 are automatically suspended. None of the documents or data submitted are returned.

Article 7 (Membership Management Committee)

The representative director shall be the chairperson and shall be comprised of not more than three members of the Board of Directors among the executives. The General Director shall record and execute the meeting, and the overall audit shall be based on the 15th of each month.

The term of office of a member shall be two years, and the term of office of a supplementary member shall be the remaining term of office of his/her predecessor.

The Committee may have an office worker, and the salary of an office worker shall be determined separately by the Committee.

The Committee may receive business assistance and vehicle and business trip support, and shall be determined separately by the Committee.

The membership management committee shall perform the following duties.

  1. Membership examination
  2. Establishment and revision of all regulations necessary for the operation of the Committee
  3. Execution of donation expenses and all incidental duties
  4. Expand donation fundraising for Cancers, Diabetes or All Chronic, incurable, Endemic Disease Treatment Research and Nursing Home Construction.

Article 8 (Supplementary Provisions)

In addition, matters not stipulated in this regulation are decided and executed by the Board of Directors.

Supplementary Provisions

Article 1 (Effective Date)

This regulation shall come into effect on the date of approval by the Board of Directors of this Council.

Article 2 (Ethical Regulations)

The following ethical norms have been established that these members should basically observe for themselves and for society.

Member’s Medical Benefits

  1.  We respect the member’s personality and autonomous will and provide fair treatment to all members. We operate based on our values of transparency, ethics and trust.
  2. We maintain a trustworthy relationship with the member and protect the privacy and confidentiality of the member. We provide the highest possible standard of care.

The Area of Study

  1. All studies follow ethical principles and prioritize the rights and safety of the study subjects.
  2. Research is conducted on a scientific basis and complies with publication ethics and regulations.
  3. Research and strive to acquire new knowledge is based on ethical and scientific grounds.

Social Responsibility

  1. Not only do we strive to improve the desirable healthcare environment and public health of the community, but we also go further. Efforts are made to improve the health of Canadians, human society and improve quality of life.
  2. Medical professionalism and dignity must be maintained through honesty and respect for the law and medical ethics.
  3. Medical practice for the purpose of immoral or unfair for-profit pursuit shall not be conducted.
  4. When participating in any mass media, information provided is accurate, objective and medically verified.
